Harmonia Orchestra
Along with a 2 octave scale of the student's choice, they will be expected to play two other excerpts in the audition, which will be:
-Lion City by Soon Hee Newbold
-Fiddling A-Round by John Caponergo
If there is a division part in the music, play the top part for the audition!
Symphony Nova Orchestra
Along with a 3 octave scale of the student's choice, they will be expected to play two other excerpts in the audition, which will be:
-Waltz No. 2 by Dmitri Shostakovich
-Iditarod by Soon Hee Newbold
If there is a division part in the music, play the top part for the audition!
Requirements for auditions:
Prior to your student's audition, the registration form must be filled out and the audition fee must already be paid. On the day of the audition, members are expected to bring their own instrument along with instrument accessories and the contract already signed and filled out.
