Registration
How to Register:
To be fully registered, all prospective members must complete the following steps:
Call the Head Director
Speak with our Head Director to confirm eligibility and receive your audition details. This is a required step before submitting any forms. During your call, the audition fee may be paid over the phone. We strongly encourage completing this step as early as possible, as audition spots are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Complete the Registration Form
Fill out the official SEYO registration form online.
Sign and Submit the Tuition Agreement Contract
Download the contract using the link below. Be sure to complete and sign it, then bring a printed copy to your audition.
Important Dates
Registration begins: December 7th
Registration closes: January 11th
Auditions: January 11th
Rehearsals: Practices will begin on the 18th of January for new members and continue every Sunday through May 17th.

Auditions
Once your registration is complete and the audition fee has been received, you will receive a confirmation email with the following important information:

Your audition date – Sunday, August 31st

Your assigned audition time
Please keep an eye on the email you provided during registration, as all audition details will be sent there. If you do not receive your audition email within 3–5 days after completing payment, feel free to reach out to us at seyorchestra@gmail.com.
